Since 2020 we made strong efforts to make all sure our vehicles are COVID free and therefore safe for all our customers and drivers as possible. We have had hand sanitising stations fitted in all our vehicles, along with new more extensive cleaning regimes, including sanitising our vehicles at night once they return to the depot.

All our vehicles are equipped with satellite tracking (so we know exactly where our vehicle is on the road), electronic stability control, anti-lock braking for your comfort and safety, the majority of our vehicles are now EURO 6 compliant. These meet the latest ULEZ London (and other major cities, including Birmingham) emission standards.

All of the Freestones team is made up of friendly diligent drivers, who are uniformed and come with a wealth of experience. Every driver holds DBS qualification, which means they have been approved by Norfolk County Council to work with vulnerable persons.
